Being in, entering or leaving unlicensed brothel

15. Being in, entering or leaving unlicensed brothel



A person must not be found, without reasonable excuse, in or entering or
leaving a brothel in respect of which there is not in force any licence
required under Part 3.

Penalty: For a first offence-10 penalty units or imprisonment for 1 month; For
a second offence-30 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months; For a
subsequent offence-60 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
