16. Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction



(1) In section 201D of the Principal Act before "It is the intention" insert
"(1)".

(2) At the end of section 201D of the Principal Act insert-



"(2) It is the intention of sections 4F and 4J to alter or vary section 85 of
the Constitution Act 1975.

(3) It is the intention of sections 96M(2) and (4) to alter or vary section 85
of the Constitution Act 1975 to the extent that it applies to an appeal to
which section 66A of the Planning Appeals Act 1980 applies.". _______________
