PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 56A
Referral authority to keep register(1) The referral authority must keep a register containing the prescribed information in respect of all applications referred to it under sections 55 and 57C.

(2) The referral authority must make the register available in accordance with the public availability requirements.
