46AZF. Confidential information



(1) A person who is, or has been-

   (a)  a member of the Growth Areas Authority; or

   (b)  the Chief Executive Officer; or

   (c)  a person employed to assist the Growth Areas Authority to carry out
        its functions or achieve its objectives-

must not release information that the person knows, or should reasonably know,
is confidential information. Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(2) For the purposes of this section, confidential information is information
that-

   (a)  the Growth Areas Authority has determined by resolution to be
        confidential; or

   (b)  the Chief Executive Officer has designated in writing to be
        confidential.
