Chief Executive Officer

46AZB. Chief Executive Officer



(1) The Growth Areas Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, appoint
a person as Chief Executive Officer of the Growth Areas Authority.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer may be appointed for a period not exceeding
five years.

(3) The Chief Executive Officer holds office on the terms and conditions
specified in his or her instrument of appointment.
