Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson

46AW. Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson

The Minister must appoint-

   (a)  one of the members to be the Chairperson of the Growth Areas
        Authority; and

   (b)  one of the members to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Growth Areas
        Authority.
