Members

46AV. Members



(1) The Growth Areas Authority is to consist of not less than 5 members and
not more than 7 members.

(2) Members are to be appointed by the Governor in Council on the
recommendation of the Minister.

(3) When recommending persons to be members, the Minister must ensure as far
as is practicable that collectively the members of the Growth Areas Authority
have skills, experience or knowledge relating to, planning, development,
economics, financial management, local government and housing.
