Powers

46AT. Powers



(1) The Growth Areas Authority may do all things that are necessary or
convenient to enable it to perform its functions and achieve its objectives.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Growth Areas Authority may enter into
any agreements, contracts or arrangements related to its functions, powers and
objectives.
