42. Who must keep an up to date copy of a planning scheme?

The Minister, the responsible authority and the municipal council, if it is
not the responsible authority, must keep a copy of the planning scheme
incorporating all amendments to it and of all documents lodged with those
amendments under section 40 available at their respective offices for any
person to inspect during office hours free of charge.
