Notice of approval

36. Notice of approval



(1) The Minister must publish a notice of the approval of an amendment in the
Government Gazette, specifying the place or places at which any person may
inspect the amendment.

(2) The planning authority must give notice of the approval of the amendment
in a manner satisfactory to the Minister.
