Approval of amendment by planning authority

35B. Approval of amendment by planning authority



(1) If a planning authority is authorised under section 11 to approve an
amendment, the planning authority may approve the amendment in the form
certified under section 35A.

(2) A planning authority must give to the Minister-

   (a)  a notice of the approval of a planning scheme under this section; and

   (b)  a copy of the approved amendment and any documents prescribed for the
        purposes of section 40; and

   (c)  any other prescribed documents and information in relation to the
        planning scheme.

(3) The notice of approval must contain the prescribed information.
