More notice

32. More notice



(1) The Minister may direct the planning authority to give more notice of the
amendment if the Minister thinks that the notice which the planning authority
gave was inadequate, even if the planning authority has complied with section
19.

(2) The planning authority must give the notice of the amendment required by
the Minister and comply again with sections 21 to 31 in relation to all
matters after the giving of notice.
