Planning authority to submit amendment to Minister

31. Planning authority to submit amendment to Minister



(1) A planning authority other than the Minister must submit an adopted
amendment to the Minister together with the prescribed information.

(2) If a planning authority did not give notice of the amendment under section
19(1)(b) for the reasons set out in section 19(1A), the planning authority
must inform the Minister of this when submitting the adopted amendment under
subsection (1) and give the Minister details of the steps taken under section
19(1B) in respect of the amendment.

(3) This section and sections 32 to 35 do not apply to an amendment if a
planning authority is authorised under section 11 to approve that amendment.
