21. Who may make a submission?14, 15



(1) Any person may make a submission to the planning authority about an
amendment of which notice has been given under section 19 or in accordance
with a condition imposed under section 20(2)(b).

(2) The planning authority must make a copy of every submission available at
its office for any person to inspect during office hours free of charge until
the end of two months after the amendment comes into operation or lapses.

(3) A person is not entitled to make a submission which requests a change to
the terms of any State standard provision to be included in a planning scheme
by the amendment.

(4) Despite subsection (3), a person is entitled to make a submission which
requests that a State standard provision be included in or deleted from the
scheme.
