PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 201TA
Exemption from paying GAIC if no consideration(1) No growth areas infrastructure contribution is payable in respect of a dutiable transaction relating to land that is made for no consideration.
(2) In this section "consideration" has the same meaning as in section 32A of the Duties Act 2000 .
