PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 201SX
Commissioner to give certain certificates to persons relating to their GAIC liability(1) A person may apply to the Commissioner for a certificate under this Subdivision other than a certificate of deferral.
(2) The application must be in the form approved by the Commissioner.
