PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 201SH
Minister may fix lower increase in GAIC(1) The Minister, with the agreement of the Treasurer, may fix the adjusted growth areas infrastructure contribution for type A land, type B-1 land, type B-2 land or type C land at a lower amount than the maximum adjusted growth areas infrastructure contribution calculated in accordance with section 201SG for that type of land in a particular financial year.
(2) An amount of growth areas infrastructure contribution fixed by the Minister under subsection (1) for a type of land in a particular financial year must not be less than the amount of growth areas infrastructure contribution payable in respect of that type of land in the financial year immediately preceding that financial year.
