PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 201O
Order for removal of easement or restriction(1) On a recommendation under section 201N, the Governor in Council, by order published in the Government Gazette, may remove the easement or restriction.
(2) On the publication of the order, the easement or restriction is extinguished.
