PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 198

    (1)     Any person may apply—

        (a)     to the person nominated in the planning scheme for that purpose; or

        (b)     if no person is nominated, to the responsible authority—

for a planning certificate in respect of land.

    (2)     The application must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
