Cancellation or alteration of registration

183. Cancellation or alteration of registration



(1) The responsible authority must tell the Registrar of Titles in the
prescribed manner without delay of the ending of any agreement wholly or in
part or as to any part of the land or any amendment to an agreement.

(2) The Registrar of Titles must, as appropriate, cancel in whole or in part
or alter the recording of the agreement in the Register or make a recording in
the Register of the matters notified under subsection (1).





(3) This section does not apply to an agreement in respect of Crown land.
