Availability of amendment

18. Availability of amendment

The planning authority that prepared an amendment and any person who is given
a copy of an amendment under section 17(1)(a) or (c) must make the amendment,
the explanatory report, any document applied, adopted or incorporated in the
amendment and any accompanying agreement available at their respective offices
during office hours for any person to inspect free of charge until the
amendment is approved or lapses.
