PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 179
Responsible authority to keep and make available a copy of agreement(1) A responsible authority must keep a copy of each agreement indicating any amendment made to it.
(2) A responsible authority must make a copy of each agreement indicating any amendment made to it available in accordance with the public availability requirements.
