Agreement to be lodged with Minister

179. Agreement to be lodged with Minister



(1) The responsible authority must lodge a copy of an agreement at the office
of the Minister without delay after the agreement is made.

(2) The responsible authority must keep a copy of each agreement indicating
any amendment made to it available at its office for any person to inspect
during office hours free of charge.
