PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 178H

A responsible authority may require a person who applies to amend or end an agreement under this Subdivision to pay the costs of—

        (a)     giving the required notices under section 178C; and

        (b)     preparing the amended agreement.
