What are the duties of a responsible authority?

14. What are the duties of a responsible authority?

The duties of a responsible authority are-

   (a)  to efficiently administer and enforce the planning scheme; and



   (aa) to enforce any enforcement order or interim enforcement order relating
        to land covered by a planning scheme for which it is the responsible
        authority; and

   (b)  to implement the objectives of the planning scheme; and

   (c)  to comply with this Act and the planning scheme; and

   (d)  to provide information and reports as required by the regulations.
