PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 - SECT 79

If the Information Commissioner reasonably believes that a person has information or a document relevant to a decision to serve a compliance notice under section 78(1), the Information Commissioner may serve a notice to produce or attend on the person in accordance with Division 10.
