PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 - SECT 123

If this Act provides that an organisation or

body is guilty of an offence, that reference to an organisation or body must, if the organisation or body is unincorporated, be read as a reference to each member of the committee of management of the organisation or body.
