Sub-committees

83. Sub-committees



(1) A public entity may form or dissolve sub-committees and define their
functions and membership.

(2) The membership of a sub-committee is not restricted to directors of the
public entity that formed it.

(3) A public entity may, by instrument, delegate to the members of a
sub-committee who are directors of the public entity any of its functions,
except this power of delegation.
