Application of Division

77. Application of Division



(1) Except as otherwise provided by an Order made under section 75(a), this
Division only applies to public entities established on or after the
commencement of this Part.

(2) This Division, or a provision of this Division, does not apply to a public
entity that is exempted from its application by an Order made under section
75(b).
