PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 60I
Practice directions, statements and notes(1) The Commission may from time to time issue practice directions, statements or notes in relation to its inquiries.
(2) Practice directions, statements or notes issued under subsection (1) must not be inconsistent with this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
