Royal Commissions, Boards of Inquiry and Formal ReviewsNothing in this Division empowers the Commission to conduct, or the Premier to direct the conduct of, an inquiry into a Royal Commission, Board of Inquiry or Formal Review, or into the exercise of any function by or of a Royal Commission, Board of Inquiry or Formal Review.
