60. Bodies with judicial or quasi-judicial functions



(1) Nothing in this Subdivision empowers the Authority to conduct, or a
Minister to direct or request the conduct of, a special inquiry or special
review into any exercise by a body of a function that is of a judicial or
quasi-judicial nature.

(2) The conduct of a systems review of, or a special inquiry or special review
into any matter relating to, a body that exercises functions that are of a
judicial or quasi-judicial nature must not in any way impede the exercise by
the body of those functions.
