Procedure and evidence at a special review

58. Procedure and evidence at a special review



(1) If the person conducting a special review agrees, a person or body may be
represented at the review by a legal practitioner or other agent.

(2) The person conducting a special review is not bound by the rules of
evidence and may be informed on any matter in issue on the review in any
manner that he or she considers appropriate.

(3) The person conducting a special review may give directions as to the
procedure to be followed at or in connection with the review.
