Special reviews

56. Special reviews



(1) The Premier may direct the Authority to conduct a special review into any
matter relating to-

   (a)  a public service body; or

   (b)  a public entity.

(2) A special review may be conducted in relation to a public entity even if a
provision of an Act other than this Act has the effect that the entity or a
member of the entity or of the governing body (by whatever name called) of the
entity is not subject to this Act or to any part of this Act.
