Special inquiries

52. Special inquiries



(1) The Premier may direct the Authority to conduct a special inquiry into any
matter relating to-

   (a)  a public service body; or

   (b)  a public entity; or

   (c)  a special body.

(2) A special inquiry may be conducted in relation to a body even if a
provision of an Act other than this Act has the effect that the body or a
member of the body or of the governing body (by whatever name called) of the
body is not subject to this Act or to any part of this Act.
