PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 52
Establishment and constitution of Advisory Board(1) The Advisory Board is established.
(2) The Advisory Board consists of—
(a) the Secretary to the Department of Premier and Cabinet; and
(b) other members appointed by the Premier under section 53.
