PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 51
Staff(1) Any employees that are necessary to enable the Commission to perform its functions may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 .
(2) The Commission may engage any contractor, agent or other person to assist in the performance of the functions of the Commission.
