Application of Part 7A of Financial Management Act 1994

44B. Application of Part 7A of Financial Management Act 1994

Part 7A of the Financial Management Act 1994 applies to, and in respect of,
the Authority as if it were a department within the meaning of that Act and as
if the chief executive officer of the Authority were the accountable officer
of the Authority for the purposes of that Part.
