44A. Application of Freedom of Information Act 1982

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 applies to, and in respect of, the
Authority as if it were a department within the meaning of that Act and as if
the chief executive officer of the Authority were the principal officer of the
Authority for the purposes of that Act.
