Role of chairperson

40. Role of chairperson



(1) The role of the chairperson is to manage the Authority and ensure the
efficient exercise of its functions.

(2) The chairperson also has the role of approving reports to be submitted by
the Authority (not including reports to be submitted by the Public Sector
Standards Commissioner) under this Act.
