Remuneration of executives

25A. Remuneration of executives

The approval of the Premier is required in respect of the remuneration to be
paid to the following classes of executives-

   (a)  public service body Heads;

   (b)  persons holding an office which is a declared authority;

   (c)  a prescribed class of executives.
