22. Dealing with unsatisfactory performance, misconduct and serious misconduct

The regulations may-

   (a)  establish procedures for dealing with allegations of unsatisfactory
        performance, misconduct and serious misconduct; and

   (b)  empower the imposition of penalties for misconduct or serious
        misconduct which may include reduction in salary or classification or
        both, suspension or dismissal.
