Administrative Offices

11. Administrative Offices

The Governor in Council may, by Order published in the Government Gazette-

   (a)  establish a body or group as an Administrative Office in relation to a
        Department; or

   (b)  abolish an Administrative Office; or

   (c)  change the name of an Administrative Office.

Note A public service body is defined in section 4(1) as being a Department,
an Administrative Office or the State Services Authority. This Division
provides for the establishment of Departments and Administrative Offices. The
State Services Authority is established by Part 4.
