PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 109
Delegation by Premier and public service body Minister(1) The Premier may, by instrument, delegate to any person any of his or her functions under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
(2) A public service body Minister may, by instrument, delegate to any person any of his or her functions under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
