Judicial employees

101. Judicial employees

In this Division judicial employee means-

   (a)  an associate to a Judge of the Supreme Court or County Court; or

   (b)  a secretary of, or associate to, an Associate Judge of the Supreme
        Court or an associate judge of the County Court; or

   (c)  a tipstaff of a Judge of the Supreme Court or County Court.
