Notice to be given to applicants(1) If the Minister decides to grant a production licence, she or he must give every unsuccessful applicant for the licence written notice of that decision within 14 days of making it.
(2) If the Minister decides not to grant a production licence to any of the applicants for the licence, she or he must notify all applicants in writing of that decision.
