PETROLEUM ACT 1998 - SECT 34
Variation of work programs for renewed permits(1) If an exploration permit is renewed, the holder of the permit may apply to the Minister for permission to vary the work program.
(2) The Minister may allow the holder of the permit to vary its work program if the Minister is satisfied that the variation will improve the work program.
