PETROLEUM ACT 1998 - SECT 237
Minister's certificates(1) A certificate certifying as to any matter relating to the contents of the petroleum register and purporting to be signed by the Minister is admissible in evidence in any proceeding as evidence of the matter certified.
(2) The Minister may supply such a certificate to any person who applies for the certificate and pays any fee required by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
