PETROLEUM ACT 1998 - SECT 173

The holder of an authority must not carry out a petroleum operation unless it has obtained a rehabilitation bond that is acceptable to the Minister and is for an amount specified by the Minister.

Penalty:     240 penalty units.

Default penalty: 10 penalty units.
