PETROLEUM ACT 1998 - SECT 149
Liability for, and rate of, royalty(1) The holder of a production licence must pay to the Minister a royalty in respect of all petroleum extracted or recovered from any well within the licence area.
(2) A royalty is only payable once under this Act in respect of any petroleum.
