PETROLEUM ACT 1998 - SECT 137
Petroleum operations on wilderness land barred(1) A person must not carry out any petroleum operation on wilderness Crown land.
Penalty: 240 penalty units.
(2) No authority or other authorisation granted under this Act can authorise any activity prohibited by subsection (1).
