77. Service



(1) Without affecting any other method of serving documents on partners in a
partnership, a document concerning the business of a limited partnership may
be duly served on the partners if it is left at, or sent by post addressed to,
the registered office of the firm for the time being shown in the Register.

(2) This section does not apply to a document relating to proceedings before a
court.
